i do smoke marijuana, and i buy it when i can, but pills(of any kind) i won’t pay for ever(if i ever do it would be like 2 small Vicodins, and only if i like pulled a muscle or something along those lines) and if i do buy those, it would have to be very painful, and something that would go away in like 2-3 days

if it only last a day, I’d just try and sleep it off
if it lasted longer then say 4-5 days I’d go to the doctor
im not intending on getting addicted to any hard drugs, nicotine is bad enough, their for i wouldn’t take enough to feel even slightly addicted

but the buying thing is only accountable for pills/addicting substances

ive been eating healthy exercising every day for about 6 weeks now, im on phenergan 25mg twice a day, diazepam 5mg 3times a day, effexor 75mg once a day + 15mg of nitrazepam, im constipated + cant sleep for more than an hour and a half….sigh. the doctor said he cant give me a different sleeping tablet because nitrazepam are the strongest that they have,they dont even make me tired or give me any of the side effects, i took them about 9ish & its almost half 12 + im still not sleepin. does anyone else have this problem? i havent been taking painkillers so why cant i have 1 crap at least once a day, if i dont have a crap for 4/5 days my tummy get sore hard and bloated so i bought some laxitive which give me severe cramps but i have no choice when i havent been to the toilet in days.

So my 79-year-old grandma takes quite a few pills each day, which I think are mostly unnecessary. I’m asking this question so a medical professional could please write a short explanation on why this is bad for her, so I can convince to get off of some of these laxatives because I love her so much and I want her to live long. here’s what she takes EVERY SINGLE DAY:

2 1/2 mg of diazepam (valium like pill)
1 melatonin
1 Citalopram Hydrobromide 200mg
1 Aspirin

and whenever her back hurts a tiny bit she takes 2 ibuprofen or advil or Tylenol. Today we bought some Tylenol for my mom because she had a tooth pulled and my grandma wanted to try it so she popped one of those :/

i haven’t touched any drugs in about 3 months. i barely do them anyway, as they are obviously very bad news
i got given the diazepam to help ease me off alcohol a few weeks ago and still had one left so i just took that to calm down during the breakdown, that is all. i did not see a doctor during the breakdown.
