    I was on 15mg. Stopped taking it. Now my sleep schedule is very erratic, where at least it was dependable before. I just couldn’t handle the ‘hangover’ effect. I exercise VERY infrequently. So, that does not help matters. Ever since the Depakote and depression last year, I lost the drive or motivation. I am about to start a new fitness program, b/c the weight has seemed to just stay put. I am still on Tegretol, but the carb & sugar cravings are less intense than Depakote…thx!

    How many mgs have you been on for the last 6 months?
    Do you go exercise at all?
