Im 14 years old and want to be prescribed valium for my minor depression and anxiety. I did alot of research on the web and found that valium could be a helpful outlet of dealing with my anxiety.

Prolly pretty slim.
It’s very addicting and you will prolly have to try other anxiolytics before a dr will give you that one.
It’s really hard to come off of and very easy to abuse.
Yes, it’s really helpful, but it’s usually for short-tern anxiety/insomnia. Longer term use of Benzos is typically for other reasons (like sleep-thrashing; PLMS, etc.)

The chances are slim. There are much better drugs to treat anxiety ie Ativan and Klonopin. Valium is no good. You have to take it 4 times a day because it wears off so quick. Ativan and Klonopin last longer, work better, and have less potential for abuse because they don’t provide the same high as valium. I get valium for treating hand tremors unrelated to anxiety and I get it from a neurologist, but it would be pretty hard to fool a doctor into believing that you do have tremors if you don’t.
